Looking Up Your Flight…Resolving airline, origin, and departure time.
Contact
BoardFlight is built by a small team. There is no support queue and no ticket number. Mail goes to one address, and the people who write the model read it.
Emailcontact@boardflight.comEvery message is read. Replies come from a small team, so they aren’t instant, and a note that needs no reply still gets used.
What’s worth sending
Anything, but these four change the product fastest. The first one changes it more than the other three combined.
An arrive-by time that was wrongThe most useful mail we get. A plan that sent you too early wastes your morning; one that sent you too late is a failure we need to see. Either way it points at a specific airport profile we can correct.Include: the airport, your flight number, the date and time you flew, what BoardFlight told you, and what actually happened.Write about this →
Something changed at your airportTerminals move, checkpoints close for construction, and PreCheck lanes change hours. Our 33 airport profiles are built mostly from our own review of each airport's public terminal guides, which lags the airport itself. Travelers see it first.Include: the airport, the terminal or checkpoint, and what changed.Write about this →
Press, partnerships, and dataQuestions about how the model works, requests to write about it, or an airport, airline, or travel product that wants to talk. The methodology page is public and is the right starting point for anything technical.Write about this →
PrivacyBoardFlight has no accounts and stores no names or emails, so there is usually nothing to look up. If you have a question about what is stored, ask here.Write about this →
Check these first
Two pages answer most of what arrives in the inbox, and they answer it in more detail than a reply would. The FAQ covers accuracy, delays, and what the estimate does and doesn’t include. The methodology page sets out the data sources, how each step is estimated, and what the model is known to get wrong.
What we can’t help with
BoardFlight is not an airline, an airport, or a booking site. We can’t change, check, or refund a reservation, we can’t tell you anything about your flight that isn’t already on the result page, and we can’t help once you’re at the airport. For any of those, your airline is the only real answer. What we cover is one thing: what time to leave for the airport, curb to departure gate, at US airports.
